DUDE...I've missed out on a lot it looks like, haha. Looks awesome. I'll have to go wheeling with you guys soon. I'm still on track for the May 31st trip for anyone else that's going then.

In a real situation you could potentially shoot yourself or not be able to get it on target fast enough. I set mine between my seat and the center console. Makes it easy for me to grab and draw with out any interruptions if need be

I chose that setup for a purpose. It's just like drawing from your side, all you need is practice.

And yeah jake, I'm just getting tired of carrying full size, i need something compact for me and I'm making the ruger my jeep gun.

I know how you're grabbing it in that position, but irs not very efficient. And I carry full size, 9mm or 45acp, depending on how I feel haha

Anyone experienced and interested in swapping out a 4.0L for a 4.6L stroker? Im in Lehigh Valley area and looking for some assistance. I don't know these motors well and Im used to small 4-cylinder cars. Im willing to pay or supplement with alcohol and Im flexible on time scheduling....few hours here, there, etc. I would like to get it done some time this summer though so I can have it all back together before next winter I checked out Jeff Daniels Jeep, and they want 1700! Forget that. They've raped me enough already just getting it inspected... plus, there are other upgrades I want to do while the engine ie out, and during the process anyway.

Please let me know if any of you are interested. PM will probably be best being that this will get buried fairly quickly.

I'd be willing, but it would have to be at my shop so I have all my tools. And my boss would charge you for it.... But it wouldn't be 1700 bucks I can guarantee you this.

I draw from my right side with my right hand its the fastest most efficient way to have your gun on target right away where as cross drawing it takes longer for you to get on target. It comes down to what your comfortable with in the end but drawing from the same side as your draw hand is most time efficient. I carry a glock 19 people think im nuts for carrying such a "big" gun but its actually very easy to conceal and fits my hands perfectly
