You can if you want. I've been there done that over and over. Time to move on. MJ needs to be done. Blazer needs the the front axle swapped in and the ifs ditched. So yeah go ahead, it won't hurt, lol

Hey Scott, remember when I came to get that transfer case from ya? And told you about my rust situation and I think I sent you some pics of it too. Well, I finally patched it, basically the way you demonstrated to me on your jeep.
Ehracing and pocketsempty. If u do have 2x3 to trade Make sure it's straight and clean steel. Light surface rust is ok but not something that has been outside for 5 years lol.
Especially because what I have is new and clean steel tubing.
And would be great if its .188 wall thickness. Not 1/4
