I have question for you guys....is it normal to have a little snot on my oil fill cap after i drive? I know that marine application automotive motors do this (condensation?). My xj only does it when its cold...oil change was clean and the dipstick is clean.

Unless the oil looks like hell, it's normal. Condensation from the cold. You should look at hemi oil caps, they are like that all the time haha.

Also, wouldn't hurt to clean your ccv (people refer to it as pcv, but that is incorrect for these engines) system. Easy as pulling the 2 plastic lines off that run to the valve cover, spray brake clean into them to remove sludge/carbon build up from the lines.

No. I can feel the noise when driving which is normal for mud terrains, but the noise when braking, is not normal but yet people tell me that's normal for mud terrains to make sounds when braking.

The only thing I can think of is the big lugs on the MT's making a little more "grippy" noise on pavement when coming down to a stop. If that's the case, then yes--totally normal. So you're told it's the tires making the sounds and not the brakes?
It does feel like brakes but the noises only occur when I have those tires on. When I switch back to my goodyear wrangler rts. There's no noises
