Look up stokes state forest. I went there as a passenger in my friends XJ. It was his first time offroading. There are a few videos online if you type in stokes state forest wheeling in youtube. Mostly just skinny trails through the woods. Nothing real crazy. We went there and didn't get stuck at all. You could probably go with a stock XJ. If you lookup stokes state forest in google you should be able to find information on where the entrances to the trails are.

Went to stokes in my stocker. nothing too crazy although I have seen some videos of some sketchy trails where you may need a lift/ recovery gear
