Seriously, how much would you charge on a per hour basis for the plasma cutter? There are a few guys on the forum I promised to help build bumpers for, the plasma cutter would save me a lot of time in getting that done
I was hoping to deal with it the old middle school way, what do you have in trade? lol Shop has a woodstove so I can always use seasoned or unseasoned wood, both soft and hard wood but preferably hard. *keep your filthy minds out of the gutter* Help is always considered good in trade, or spare parts. Beer is always considered good for trade. How thick are you trying to cut? 1/4 is about the max for the cutter and you have to go very slow. Just FYI.

I can do the 1/4" on my job, 3/16th's would be the thickest....
Let me get with Jon and Tim, since they want the bumpers and se what they come up with.
I can always lend a helping hand with any of your projects while I am there

I do, but Plasma is fast, clean, and less warpage of the material. I cut my bumper out in less than an hour and very little cleanup of slag

Once you use plasma you dont go back to a cutting torch unless its super thick. The time saved by not grinding slag off from around your cuts is priceless.

Been there, done it, got the Bozo button for it

When I am on nights, I can get stuff like that done for you guys, as long as you can get me the material. Our plasma handles up to 1" (when it works lol).
I don't mind, I normally get any production oriented issues out of the way by 9PM, spend the rest of the time trying to stay awake
