i would also recommend looking into jeep cherokees for anyone that's interested in a 4x4 that will work pretty good after 16 years of use.

did a lil boating myself yesterday. only took me 10 years to finally get one. we hit up the wye river o'er cross the bay. 9.9 evinrude on 14' crestliner, top end of 20.5 mph by gps w/ the wind in our back. average of 17-18 mph at wot in regular open water/no wind.

Depends on what your intended use is and how many people you need to sleep. If you will only be using it for camping out of your jeep (no backpacking) don't pay extra for lightweight...aluminum over fiberglass poles more or less. I have a Eureka that is something like 12 years old, gets used alot, and has kept me dry in several downpours. Like anything, you get what ya pay for. www.campmor.com is hard to beat for selection and their prices are usually the lowest around for most items but not all so double check if you see something there you like.

That's all I want...a little boat like that.

Nice. My wife is always on the lookout for fresh eggs and chicken. I've been trained to ask. Lol.
