how hard is it to remove the rear bumper on one of these things? friend of mine just ordered a OEM replacement, and I'm going to help them put it on. are the bolts similar to the front with 3 on each side? I havent had a chance to look at it at all, so I'll go look at mine in a little bit.

I've seen and been part of a couple of very, very near misses on the job due to bad cable repairs i.e. all clamps on dead end of the cable(never saddle a dead horse), staggered clamps, and incorrect clamp spacing based for the cable being clamped. When a cable is clamped rather than spliced the load rating drops by 20%, and the loads I'm referring to were putting much less tension on the cable than winching a Jeep yet still failed and almost killed people, including myself. It's not something to **** around with regardless of whether you can afford it. Save your money and buy a new cable, unless you like the idea of becoming an amputee or worse.
