Think 3/4" or 1" EMT will hold up? I mean it'll be tied into the body and the 16 ga sheet

Anybody know where I can pick up an analog electric meter? preferably complete but in need of a good cleaning/restoration.... with or without the glass globe

you ever try and weld EMT? Its not fun, use some round bar, eastwood sells a really nice stand bender... will make quick work of all that

I'll see if I have any pics of the set I did. It had 1.5" tube fenders on it already so the front flares were more of a extension on the fender.

Also if you plan on rubbing them up against obstacles 1" won't last long if it's tied in to something rigid. If its just mounted on the fender then the fender will just crumple.
