the last motor did over heat before biting the bullet. Did not replace the waterpump but do have one on hand. I looked over the last one and it seemed good to go. Also when the jeep is parked and the engine is running, once it breaks the 195 mark and the t-stat opens u can see the water drop as it appears to be circulating.
The connections i went over a few times just to make sure they were good.

You need to refill once the tstat opens...also, since it overheated when dying...replace the radiator cap.

I sure can. But that's business and I don't do favors in business. But I can do work for cash. If he is serious about A/C on the boat then let me know. Looking at roughly $3000 Minimum in parts.

dafuq?
you need to introduce yourself to my friend, PB blaster. you spray it on every bolt you are going to be messing with in a couple days. or my friend tracetone (tranny fluid and acetone 1:1 mix). with an old truck, never try what ever you did on the bolts.
and for the record, my idea of vice grips wouldnt have done that.
