You can have my cruise. I dont use it. It doesnt work but i havent looked at it to see what was wrong. Everything is there. I think the vacuum is disconnected.

well thanks and if i do get rid of the rack ill keep you in mind gonna take the lights off tomorrow prolly i wanna try to find some slim leds possibly or just not run any depends what i can find

Don't drown your lights. Make sure they can drain water when they're upside down. Some can't, and it's a quick way to ruin them.
