Those work, but I just sold my dif guards and got Solid dif covers. They're like 65 a piece and are much stronger. The problem with a stock cover is it allows the axle housing to flex, where a beefy cover doesn't.

I wanted to get ARB's but at $180each, I couldn't justify the extra cost.

I'll find a couple more links, My brother has them on his XJ also. There a are a couple sites that I found people talking about on Expedition Portal, One of them has one for the 8.25 which is cool cause that is what I rock in my rear. haha! I'm probably going to do those as my next major mod, although I would like to consider some prerunner bars or stinger into the budget. Will see

Yes it should. Some things to check is whether the D35 has ABS or not. Obviously gear ratio needs to be the same and get new u-bolts for the 8.25, but yeah it should bolt right in.

You must have a later year 99 if you have the d35 then eh? I got lucky with the C8.25. I would think JCR makes a decent product and saves you quite a bit to assemble them yourself. I thought about JCR before I found my front bumper. Are you going with the regular or the winch bumper? I like the winch bumper personally but then again I also don't have a winch either. My brother ordered some pre runner bars from JCR for hishomemade bumper and they look real good, and not to mention there prices are real good. As for getting the 8.25 cover why don't you just get a d35 cover? Maybe I just didn't understand what you said.
