thanks...i guess. haha. Your right, its 4.5" RC x-series lift. Most complete kit I've seen in my opinion. I had to use the acetylene torch ALOT . Ive never seen so many rust seized bolts in my life. I'm glad its done. I know someone selling 33x12.50x8 eldorado mtz sports on soft 8's with 4" backspacing for $700. Do you think I should pick em up. They look awesome but not much info on them. Most people have only positive remarks towards them. Heres a link to them. http://www.vulcantire.com/mtzsport_t.htm

I got the rubicon express hack n tap sye too which still needs to be installed. I have to find a driveshaft first though. Ive read that any front driveshaft from an xj with AW4 automatic and np231 TC will work with hack n tap in the rear. I have the ax-15 tranny with np231 case. Any help would be appreciated.
Talk to you later

is that 700 for "new" tires and rims or used. seems high to me. i never heard of those tires before,so i don't know how good they are. maybe someone who know them can help ya there.

again, i appologize. i know that any auto drive shaft will work for another sye and an auto w/231. not sure with urs being a 5 spd. i haven't done an sye yet, so my knowledge is limited on that too...sorry...lol.

basically new only a few hundred miles on em. If i can get it for 600 id be happy. rims would be about 200-250 brand new and tireses at least 600. I'll have to see them in person though. Ive been keepin an eye on craigslist but nothing good ever comes about. How much lift do you have without sye? I wanna get shackle relocation brackets and longer shackles, plus coil spring pucks in the near future. That's why I got the SYE. What tire and gears set up are you running??

Are you around south jersey?

Your going to want a rim with 3.75 backspacing if you plan on running 33x12.50 without spacers. I personally gate spacers wouldn't use them on my rig...

I feel your pain about craigslist. I always see ppl on the forum getting Badass deals on stuff. There isn't much of anything on there for our area. Except for stock suspension parts and over priced used lifts lol

Also your question about the sye... The sye doesn't give you any lift at all. It just elimates the slip yoke and corrects vibrations/the slip yoke falling out.

I'm in ocean city btw

How long did you set your lower control arms? It might be the angle of the pic but that axle looks like it needs to come forward.

I agree with NJXJ609. i hate spacers. why bother with them when all you need is the correct b.s.

Oh.Ok. yeah thats not a bad deal. 600. would be better.
I have 4.25 frnt and 4.5 rear with a t-case drop. my leafs came with shims allready installed. no vibes at all.

i have 33x12.50 and my rims are 15x10 w/3.75 b.s. gears are stock right now;but i'm getting 4.56s.

I live in Vineland.

Hey. I set the lower arms to 16.5" eye tot eye and uppers to 15.5". That is what the instructions called for. I think its just the angle of the picture like you said.

That sounds about right for 4.5 lift. My eyes are in worse shape than my Jeep lol.

I don't want spacers eithe, especially since they cost about the same as brand new rims with backspacingr Also, I know the SYE doesn't lift it at all. It does get normal ground clearance back though. I am just going to keep the TC spacers in temorarily until i find a compatible front driveshaft at the JY to hook up to my SYE. . What wheels do you have? Your pictures you just posted makes it look wide stanced. Ocean city isn't too far away from me. Maybe we can hit the trails around batsto/basss river sometime. I used to explore that entire area when I went to Stockton.

If you see any deals on 33" tires or axles 4.10 lemme know. Thanks man
