Inspection places in PA that will let me pass
So I have everything needed for inspection on my XJ but im getting new fender flares that are wider than 3 inches which cant pass inspection in PA. My tires stick past the stock flares so I need bigger ones. I see lots of trucks and jeeps near where I live with bigger aftermarket flares and tires sticking past the fender. I live near Harrisburg and York so is there any place that will let me pass? My local place failed my inspection
