I’m looking to do a cowl intake but I read somewhere else it may not pass inspection due to modification to emissions equipment. The guy was from the northwest, but I’m wondering if anyone in PA has had experience. Let me know what county as well! TIA

I'm in york county, I work in Lancaster county, I'm an inspection mechanic. That's the silliest thing I've ever heard, you'll be fine. Haha. Only thing to worry about would be if you do a Hummer style mushroom, with visibility.
