If I have the steering wheel straight, the right side tire points outward about 2 inches. Seems like a lot, but it's not really that bad. Just affects me at 55mph or so. I can do 55, but not for very long cuz I start gettin freaked out a little. I'm gonna take it down to OK 4 Wheel drive in Jersey cuz my buddy works there. I'm gonna have him do the alignment and wheel weights. That's if I ever get the money in time for it. He's goin off to college in August, so I gotta save up fast. And 60 bucks isn't too bad for a year pass at Rausch Creek. It'll probably be real good up there during the fall.
I just developed DW after installing the lift. When it happened for the first time on I-78 I near embedded my fingers into the steering wheel from grabbing it so tight. The Adj. Track Bar should hopefully be here Monday. Man, I gotta say, DW is not fun! Hopefully your buddy can help get yours back into proper running order.

Yeah, I refuse to go on the highway. Haha. I'd rather take back roads. The sight of me losing control and going into the center median just doesn't seem too fun.

Rausch Creek is $50 the first time and that covers your year memnership fee and a day pass. Everytime you go for the nexr year it's $35 a day for the driver. The passenger is $15 the first time and $7 each time after. Under 16 yrs old is free if I remember correctly. Tp go on the NE property is an extra $10 pet day.

It's worth it! Great time and if you want they have camping for free. If you want to camp like we did this past weekend you would have to reserve a spot. The trails are nice and both times I've been there I meet alot of cool people.

It just sucks cuz I"ll have to save up more than I planned, and I don't make much to begin with. There's just no good paying jobs out there anymore. Or hours to work even. I'm sure its a hell of a time up there though

Haha, try working 3 hour shifts about 3 days a week. That's only 9 hours a week. At $8.60 per hour, that's just shy of $155 every 2 weeks. Not bad for a teen like me, but not very good either. Add the cost of gas, the girlfriend, and new toys for the jeep and I'm out of cash pretty quick. Funny thing is, my girlfriend is the cheapest of all those. $5 on a date for milkshakes and she's happy

SO hello jeepers. Im in las vegas, thinking about leaving for pittsurgh. YOU Think theres any work to be had? I noticed you guys talking about lack of work.

I have plenty of mechanical skills, (stagehand, tire tech, carpenter, electrical...) and have a strong work ethic. Going to be in need of a 40 hour a week job. Think I stand a chance out there?

your guys( Pittsburgh anyways)craigslist --> general labor ads, are 5 times as packed as ours. Most seem legit.

I may sell my MJ here or there to try and make some $ to start a life out there. But if I can find a job I'd rather not..

It really blows here.

Well we're more from the Nazareth area than Pittsburg, but I'm sure you could find some work out there. Out by us is mostly rural, with some cities about 20 miles away or so. In the industrial areas you could easily find a job probably. I say keep looking to see what they have, contact a few people from the area, and see how it goes from there. Maybe put a thread in the same area as this but mention Pittsburg. We're basically 6 hours away from there, but you were close enough, haha. If you want something closer to us, check out the Lehigh Valley/Allentown craigslist. We're one of the little blurbs in the Lehigh Valley. Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and some other cities are around us. People usually commute to those and live in our area. You can also have a longer commute to Northern Jersey and possibly New York, but those are at least an hour away. If you decide on coming closer to us, we'll be here ready for another XJ owner to join the group. Good luck!
