There is always risk when riding there but its not very often and when the law enforcment shows up they are only there to clean out the kids that go there to party they useually leave us alone, I have been riding there for 2 years with no issues!!!

could a stock ride height xj make it on some of the ocala trails?

 

some...i believe all of them. my xj was stock height with stock tires, and i had no trouble. i also took my old s-10 on those trails, which had lower ground clearance than the xj.

i live in eustis and my buddies and i almost every weekend go to umatilla or ocala to go trail riding found some pretty b.a trails and one is rail road grade rd thats a best

 

ok guys I in miami ,can we try to all of us take that ride to ocala together and met everyperson with a jeep in florida on the way up ,we are about 9 jeep so can we set a day and maybe we all can meet one day

 

The Ocala Jeep club is about 13 years ahead of you on that one bubba.

This coming October I'm trailing my XJ up there along with a group of old Friends from Miami. Speaking of which, where abouts are you located? Anywhere near Doral. I know 8th Street pretty well, and if you know what and where to go, theres some good jems of places to go there.

8stree is closed ,40st is closed,and rigth side of krome all the way to homestead closed by FWL .the only please we have is the hump ,bigcyppress legal to ride .thank you for the info on the ocala jeep club

 

just bought an 01 wj, its all stock and my dd, but would like to take it on some trails to test it out. anyone still interested?

 

Mine should be finished up in the next week or 2 . I have a test area near my shop to mess around in longwood

 

i LOVE ocala! there is also an AMAZING place in osceola county florida! called three lakes, and another place called surbaban acars! but you need to own property and have a key to get in surbaban! i have one =D
