Day lights a burnin

 

So my muffler fell off on sunday (gotta love rust). I was starting to notice an odd sounding rattle for a few days then I was stopped at a light and when I hit the gas to go, it just snapped and was hitting the rear drive shaft u-joint. Luckily I was only about 2 miles from the house so I drove like 10mph to make sure I didn't screw anything up and then took it off when I got home. it sounded nice, but it was so dang loud so I had to go out and get a new muffler for it and yesterday took it to a friend's shop and got it all welded up. I got a Thrush Turbo muffler. It's quiet, but it has a nice deep sound to it now. Anywho.... Just thought I'd share the story.
