Got some more done to engine tonight. Everything is done except camshaft, lifters and oil pump. Don't mind the mess, you have to coat the cylinders with oil before installing the pistons. That 55gal drum behind it is 10-40W. so I have a good supply.
Nice...,
I'll take you up on the offer next time I see you....

But....in progress.....,it's bolted up...was trying to figure out the drum brakes then it started raining....
On hold till it stops....

Yeah it was weird...
The shoes were positioned different from the previous axle...since they were new I reused the ones from the old axle but noticed whoever replaced the brakes did a Jerry rig...
So I had to fix that and search on YouTube and online to double check if I was wasn't going crazy....

The 4.10s are something to get used to...there's a bit of power coming off the line but powers through hwy mini hill climbs with EASE....
Before I would have to downshift to get keep up with speed...now I just press the gas a bit and it just goes with no problems...
I do have to get a new speedo gear to match the speedometer,..
