Pretty easy to install. Freezing center pin now since it is a SNUG fit and dont really want to beat on these new parts yet.

Well buddy's not showing up to help me regear tonight. So i decided to remove the front brake lines. Reflare them and install the new ones.

I did a write up for flaring the steel lines. It is in the write ups section.

Buddy did show up sunday. We did have to move a few shims around from the stock gearing. Backlash just wasnt right with the new gears. But all finally meshed up good on the fourth pattern.

Have my spindle and carrier in freezer now and baking the bearings.

My Waggie Build...-image-228565683.jpg

Already did the spindle it worked great.

Baked at 300 for 30 min

He seemed to know the pattern. Me i couldnt tell.

Seemed centered and imo looked shallow but he made the point deeper would be too tight and gears would grind and fail really soon.
