Buddy did show up sunday. We did have to move a few shims around from the stock gearing. Backlash just wasnt right with the new gears. But all finally meshed up good on the fourth pattern.
Have my spindle and carrier in freezer now and baking the bearings.

Already did the spindle it worked great.

Baked at 300 for 30 min

He seemed to know the pattern. Me i couldnt tell.
Seemed centered and imo looked shallow but he made the point deeper would be too tight and gears would grind and fail really soon.
