I did 25-30 a week when I was in HS, about the same in College maybe a few more, and then I became fulltime about 6 months ago at my last job then started being a bread mechanic. I'm full time and in school now. I've always worked whether it was at my parents business when I was in middle school through 9th grade or whenever I got another job.

 

What do all of yall do? Im workin at discount tire now. Not exactly ideal but makin ten bucks an hour aint bad for a high schooler.

 

My buddy works at a GA power plant when they have outages as a welder. 7 12's for about 6 weeks straight. Other guys have worked that schedule for like 4-5 months at a time.

I work at an industrial bakery as an Engineer/ industrial technician/ bread mechanic.

i did the seven twelves for 4 months straight this summer. It bloooooooowwwssss, but I made more than j made all last year, in 4 months, I'd say it's worth it.

I got slammed with a huge project that I have to finish by tomorrow or I can't take my vacation. So, very little slacking off time this week.

im on 6 10's right now and optional to work 10 hours on sundays till the end of the year... ill be working double time and a half black friday... could work thanksgiving as well but wife would be pissed... lol

Hoping to swap over to corporate aircrafts sooner rather than later...

 

I got my "D class" cert at work last week after my 90 probation period. Got a nice raise and benefits now from a big corporation. Insurance is cheap and I am maxing out my 401k. With my raise my check jumped about $70 a week which was way more than I was expecting but the insurance and 401k will bring it back down to about what I have been making. It is weird to be 20 and probably making the most out of all 350 something people I graduated high school with.
