I shipped it Thursday and got the check today. Some dude posted in the XJ group on FB and Ryan sent him my way after he didn't have one. So thank you for starting the group and making me $90.

I just won a $185 Jeep part on NAXJA. Not that I'm going to use it. I bet it'll sell for cash money.

That pitman arm nut is tight as hell. Thing is torqued at 185 ft lbs and is no joke to get loose. I am trying to make a brace and am going to copy the one from Boostwerks. I can get a bearing cheap I just need to either use a coupling nut and turn it down in a lathe or get some 1-1/4" tube and weld it onto the nut.

I figure I'll sell it for $130 or something. Buy me a new light bar with the proceeds.

I can get the bearing for $11 and just need to do something for the sector shaft nut. I don't know the thread pitch yet, but if it is too small I can't turn it down enough to have a thick enough wall. And locally I can't get 1 or 1-1/4" DOM because they're either out and I'd have to order a whole stick or what they do have is 16 gauge.

Anyone have some ideas? I am trying to emulate this:
