Motor and tranny are out. Rebuilding the motor with new rings and rod bearings and seals. Tranny puked fluid from the front of the bellhousing, either a bad seal or torque converter that spit up. Going to slug the dirveshafts by an inch, new upper CA bushings, new Deaver leaf springs, and some other stuff. Might swap in a new brake booster and MC from my old 98.

I called the Ranger office & was told Beasley's **** is still open. Well, until the guy who won the bid starts moving his equipment in.
Anyone wanna ride this Friday?

I'm tired of spending money buying stuff for work that is basically just a second set of everything I already have. At least I have nice stuff that I use every day and a nice tool belt, but carrying around 30 lbs of tools sucks. Suspenders make it better, but that is a lot to carry around for 8.5 hours a day. Also had to buy some blue pants and shirts when I am getting a uniform this week, so that was essentially wasted money.

Good news is that I ordered a new header today. Should be in Monday of next week so I can slap it on after I get the head back tomorrow or Saturday. Transmission should be done sometime next week as well. Hopefully I'll be driving it to get the exhaust done in two weeks. Then I'll just need to build a bumper and get some new winch line and plate the cage in a few spots.
