You guys think I could register my Jeep under the address for my college dorm since, techincally, I am living there full time? County where my college is doesn't require emissions I don't think.

Your vehicle registration has to match the address on your drivers license.

 

I have to get my class C license anyway... think I should change the address while I do that? Dunno if it'd even be worth it. Haha just thinking out loud.

Class C is where if you get pulled over after midnight/before 6am they don't get butthurt. or something. It's the one you get when you turn 18. Tried to go get it but you have to have 60 form of identifications, 5 proofs of address, and a blood sample to verify that you are you.
