Well on a different note I am heading out to pick up the tranny diff and ds on Saturday. We are meeting at noon and I'm bringing my small trailer to haul it home with. My only concern is that between him and I we will not be able to lift it...

I picked the tranny up without the tcase on it by myself. Out of a grand prix trunk. They are not that heavy. The tcase isnt either. But the ds is another story. took a few of us to get that off the ground.

The diff is a two man job but can be done by one. I put my dana 30 into the back of a newer ram. That was bad news.
