Default NEED HELP BAD

I need help installing my locker in my jeep I tryed for like 7hr last night and just put it back to stock I can't fig it out please help me out.

I can't get the center part of the locker in to the carrier ounce I put the drive gears in I bought it used and have no install steps so I dono if I am even doing it right but I have tryed every combo I can think of to make it fit but it just don't wana go also the carrier is still in the rear end

Thank u guys alot that helps now I'm kinda mad cuz I had it like that lastnight just didnt think it was right cuz I couldn't get my springs in it but I'll give it another shot now that I know how it gets installed

Ya I got it in and love it it's so nice to not have just one rear wheel spin it did great in all this ice we have had last night thanks for all the info help guys
