sick deal where were you a few months back

 

So I bought a msd 8228 ignition coil for my 98 xj and turns out it only fits 96 and older because of the 2wire plug style was changed and there seems to be no other option for the new style plug so I should just be able to swap to the older style plug right?

probably cost more to get the title than the jeep. jeep does looks pretty good shape,\.

 

From the sound of the ad he has the title but it's packed away so why wouldn't he just unpack it and sell it for more than 300$ something doesn't seem right to me.

 

So my jeep knows it's time is near. I'm picking up a really clean 98 tahoe Saturday morning. Last night the ignition key cylinder went bad on my jeep. The key would only go halfway in. I tried heating the key up and shooting some of the lock deicer and lube in the cylinder and didn't help at all.

One last project before it's going away for good

 

That's what I was thinking. No title means you can't plate it, and if he has the title just sitting around and sells the Jeep anyways he still owns it technically and someone else had to go through all the trouble. Too bad, would've been a nice first vehicle for my sister and only 25-30min away.

 

Update: I actually tried. It's sold. Moving on.

Good thing I didn't get it then. No use for a trail only rig with no trails around me lol.

 

Original title trumps any replacement or duplicate. Most likely has a title loan or lein against it. No title = no touchy
