I just replaced my window reg. original was bolted my replacement was riveted. I used 1/4 in. Bolts and zip nuts worked just fine, taped rubber back where PO had cut it out.

It wasn't a fight. I pretty much let her take anything she wanted. She couldn't take much leaving the house to move into an small apartment. Still, there are things I miss and have had to replace.
