Whats up Eddy! I'm in Bolingbrook. I think this is my 4th season with DDO. Have you been on the trails with us yet?

 

so guys tell me something. mud terrains echo through a unibody more than say a full frame. I think im chasing a noise that has everything todo with my tires. kotsie still hoping to get the funds for that driveshaft in a week or so gonna put in some OT. I feel guilty running a 4wd jeep with no front driveshaft.

 

Never had a full frame. What type of noise? At what speed? Does your rig shake?

 

only shake i have is at 25 to 30mph in the steering wheel after 30 mph no wobble all iswell.the sounds is more like a kind of wooshing sound ive been trying to figure this out for well since the lift and tires before no noise. im gonna have to stop by one of your guys place and take a ride in your jeeps and see what an xj on MTS sounds or shouldnt sound like.

 

If its audible I'm thinking tires. If it was driveline issues you'd feel it. My MTs are loud. Sounds like a WWII plane diving.

 

Thats the thing I have a SYE installed perfect pinion angle only thing i feel is the steering wheel shimmy at 30 mph then goes away otherwise just audible noise. yup time to invest into some better speakers!

 

No sir not as of yet , plans to on the 30th , hope to do the meet & greet this weekend as well, Matt & I meet like year ago , one of my daughters went to dance w his , together so kinda knew him from before DDO , but deff look forward to meeting the rest , actually met Cam last nite by Matts , assuming u know him as well think lifted 98 black grand

 

Oh & yeah I'm in Kingston , the next town over from Matt if haven't heard of it LOL
