i plann on it being a multi purpose hunting and trail rig. because in aa few months i will be moving few miles away from an off raod park thats near austin tx called hidden falls adveure park

Nice were going to hidden falls on the 20th. First I would make sure you have recovery points front and rear

If you cut and fold the fenders you will have plenty of clearance. I have 32's and don't rub anywhere. Deep dish will help out also. But if you don't have or want to spend the money on new wheels, then cut and tuck the fenders.

If I we're you, I would take the spacers off. It's a weak link while on the trail. It's mainly just a road queen kinda deal.
