That picture was outside Skiatook on my uncles ranch

 

well i went out and started the jeep this am and was going to put my other shocks on it...Well a horrible knock insured so i let it warm up and is calmed down but had some serious blowby. So i drove it up to the store 3 mi, and when i came out i had a huge puddle of oil, rear main seal is out. Limped her home backed it into its spot and took one last look at the guages...no oil pressure and the knock, well it sounds like a diesel. Yea.... well here they are Slug is on the left with its slipping tranny, and Slug 2.0 on the right that now needs a new engine. I got the parts now I just need the weather..

 

Well I'll take this opportunity to say I have a 91 xj parts jeep that I'm trying to part out. Has a tranny, previous owner says he threw a rod but I'm not 100% sure that's what's wrong with it. So if you guys need something let me know and I'll let you know if I have it.

Iamthehink, I have your parts if you still need them. I tried getting ahold of you last weekend but couldn't. Let me know man. Thanks.

I didn't see it attached to the headliner but the doesn't mean it not in there. I'll look tomorrow in the sunlight and dig around in there and let you know.

Never been there, but may be relocating there in the next few months. Would be in the Ponca City area. Would like to know about the area, climate, etc. We have small kids so I need a good neighborhood for them.Oh, and if I can't wheel, I ain't going. So where do you wheel?

 

Ponca is about hour away from here. this is in Sand Springs.
