Picked up a 98 explorer 4x4 to help a friend, he needed money. Everything works, cold AC, big dent in rear quarter panel, no title selling as parts or Offroad only if you wanna wheel a Ford. Pm me if interested

i think jamesp and i are planning a run out to disney next weekend to give the 95 a test run if you would like to plan on a drive down. you are more than welcome to drop by the house and follow us out there. we wouldn't run anything to technical and show you around if you like.
maybe we can talk heep and xj shake into driving up.

a few things shocked me about this jeep. for instance it has the zj steering and trac bar with the bent hoop around the pumpkin which look to be factory. also for a truck that has 216k miles it runs like a top and is suprisingly clean, i did verify 100% for a fact that the country jeeps have a 1" longer coil spring. i know you read this all over, but i tend to believe things after i have seen them. now i have seen it and they in fact are.
i was also happy to se that this one does not have any abs system, however the 92 laredo i just did axle u joints in last night does. i'm not a fan. its a pain in the rear and u can delete the abs sensor and pull the bulb, but thr hubs are different by like .020 so u still have to use the hub with the clock ring. i found that out when i converted my zj to u joint axles and trashed the cv joints.
