Ugh, finally got the motor mounts in after a huge battle. That is something I don't ever want to do again. Now to remove the valve cover to see what that tapping sound is. I pray its just a loose rocker.

Can yall weigh in on this.... I'm thinking of adding a 2" coilover spacer and ADL to my Rusty's 4.5" lift. Anyone done this personally? I still want to run my 33's I just would like a little more clearance.

For the front, should be easy enough if you have an Adj. Trackbar. For the rear, is ADL an add a leaf? If so, you may get some lift if ur rear spring are old, but it may not be much.....you will get a stiffer ride fore sure. I know if you get a whacked relocation bracket, that can add 1 to 2 inches.

Chex I saw your ride at 4wheelparts yesterday... what's going on with it?

Anyway, I'm going up to General Sams today. Rolling out around 10-11am. If anyone wants to head out there together give me a call or text 2.302.9212 or just hit me up if you make it out there later or something.

well got the winch running again, rear end fixed. i have some kinda squeak comin from the bottom only when the drivetrain is moving, so i gotta check that out, then replace the airbag control module n should be good to go for another trail ride. i'm thinkin bout doin the removable doors mod as well, but need to look into it a little more.....the list goes on and on, plus i may be headin to africa this next weekend, so it may ba a couple weeks till i can go trail riding

Cool. As of right now I', building a 6x4 rack. Still have a tapping lifter, still trying to work it free. I have the removable front door, want to do the rear. I just dont want to spend the money on the tube door. I've been looking into make some web half doors.

I still have the stuck lifter problem. I still haven't finished the treatment process yet, but if that doesnt work I'm going to try removing the valve cover and using a lifter removal tool to attempt to loosen it up through the push rod hole.

Pour about half a quart of transmission fluid in with your oil. Add to that a 1/4 can of sea foam, and drive it for a couple days.
