even with a radius arm setup? or are you speaking to a true 3 link? interesting, I might have to try this.

A 4 link won't bind if set up correctly. 3 links are great but a radius arm set up is just as easy obviously radius arms work since ford has used them forever

right on. I got the Rough Country long arm upgrade. will be at 5.5-6" of lift. swaping a D44 front and a toy 8" rear. putting it with my short arm RE lift. choose it mainly because of my dealer discount.

yes radius arms work, and fords radius arms bind the worst out of any, and the only way your gonna get a 4 link not to bind is if it's triangulated and on the front end of an XJ thats pretty much impossible unless you wanna run a stupid high amount of lift.

After I get moved and find another XJ to cut up. Picked up a Sterling 10.25 for the rear, and a dodge dana 60 for the front. Plan is: Find a cheap 4 door, make it run decent, cut it up, throw some tube at it, little bit of plating, gear the axles, weld the spiders, some OTK heim steering, hydro assist, and throw the tons under it. Going to be a budget build for sure, I just cant bring myself to hack up the Turquoise body.
