So I'm finally getting a trans this weekend hopefully but something usually always comes up lol crossing my fingers. Then just need fluid for trans and transfer case and oil and filter and maybe some new spark plugs and it should be running. Can I just run royal purple synchromesh in the trans or do I have to run the other stuff? What's the best way to flush the trans before I put it in?

PM Tom (ATR Offroad), he runs the manual trans and might be able to help you out with your questions.

The AX15 is quite simple first put how much fluid in it as mike said I know the tcase is auto tranny fluid fill it til it comes ot the fill hole as far as giving it a tune up run sea foam in the brake booster vacuum line wait till smoke stops bellowing out the exhaust then put stock plugs and wires back in and dont forget the cap and rotor!

So Tom, I heard you're "making" Abbie take the jeep and go up with you guys this weekend. Play nice... I'd like both of them in one piece when I get home.
