Congatulations on the cook-off win Steph. It sounds like your starting to get a pretty good understanding of the old Jeep. Good weekend here, spent alot of time hanging out with my kids. Also finished prepping the XJ for her new front bumper tommorow. Removed the front bumper and brackets and gave the front crossmember a good coat of undercoating for help in preventing future rust as well as made up a template for the new bumper brackets.

my gosh steph you have been one busy person this weekend, and the t-case leak... is it coming from the yoke where the drive shaft bolts to? if so you can replace it w/o pulling the case but you will need a 1/2" breaker bar and ratchet or a impact gun but you will need to remove the yoke by removing the nut and it should slide off if not tap it with a hammer and it'll come off and then you will need to seal puller and remove the seal and tap the new on in softly with a hammer and install the yoke and tighten it..... not sure what the torque specs are for it.

Who's building your bumpers? Got mine started yesterday, got it about 50% complete, hopefully get the rest done next weekend.
