Yeah, no offense, but I really dont get the whole "just hurry up and chop it" approach. But I do nothing without a solid plan, so it might just be me overthinking. I do agree that doing it without a plan to reinforce it is most likely going to lead to less than steller results though.

Definitely going to take a look at the pickle this time. Other stuff is in the air, but Kane Creek and Poison Spider (with a quick hike to the top of the tallest dome in the area as recommended by Ber) are on the block for consideration. Driving down early early Monday, coming back sometime Tuesday. Definitely a quick run.
If Tristin magically has the days off and comes down, we will do Metal Masher so he can break his junk fighting "the ledge."

Not different, many have dome the MJ back half on chopped xj. Goatman (Richard) and porchpuppy (Andy) are a couple of the first to do it almost 10yrs ago. If done right it looks way good, but a ton of work. If you look at the one john was building (badger) on rme or naxja it was pretty slick. Two doors with the MJ half cab can be sexy.
Man, that would be a long wheelbase and tough to make work.By the way, thanks for the virtual spot on the pickle. I have been watching youtube vids of you and you spotting some rigs on the obstacles for a reference when I get there. I can't wait to see how much bigger the bumps are than they look in the videos.
