Quick question, does your steering seem normal under normal driving conditions?

If you did not align it after the coil swap it sounds like a trip to the alignment shop would be a good first step to figuring it out. It will either fix the problem, or at least rule out alignment as the problem.

mine did that... after changing the ball joints and getting an alignment it went away. don't know if it was the alignment or ball joints or both that cured it though. it sounds just like a toe in or toe out problem

If there are any "well they should have caught it" believers out there, you know you would not put up with it if you were double charged
By the way, were you buying a bunch of other stuff as well? How did it go unnoticed so long? A missing 100-200 dollars usually pops out

Also Deven said his Creepers didn't alow enough flex and where binding. would have to conferm with him but at one point he said he didn't like them....
I am going to run 1 1/4 hiems for what its worth. andI think you only need to grease a crappy joint

Well, IIRC he is running the ford radius arms with the cast wedge/bushings on one end and creepers on the other So I could see them binding as they are the only twist point... but over all IDK.
