Not sure about a Memorial day AF run. Three day weekends bring everyone and their dog out, especially to local spots. Not sure if it would be worth fighting all the A-holes. I seem to remember a year or two where we ran into a bunch of idiots clogging the (sometimes one vehicle wide) trail up to Mineral basin with their overpriced full size trucks and 20 plus feet trailers. It took us forever to get up their because of those morons. Not sure I'm up to participating in that. I might be down for somewhere less traveled.

 

K how bout 5 mile pass I still have a score to settle with ww hopefully I dont have some a holes trying to push me this time I want to be able to take my time

nope, it's just hard to have fun when your dealing with every dumbass from the northern part of the state in one area. thats why i travel farther than AF or 5 mile, they are too crowded with morons for me to be happy and have a good time. plus if you seen the group i'm going with to sand hollow you'd definitely change that thought LOL


oh and NAXJA will be out at lil moab for a few hours this saturday, then when we're done there we're going to wander over blackrock to the old mercur cemetery and maybe west mercur.
