yep, check yours now, stock isn't one ratio. according to jeep you could have 3.07 IIRC,3.54,4.10,4.56. however its pretty typical to have 3.07 with a manual and 4.0L, or 3.55's auto 4.0L, but its only typical, make sure to check before you buy.

tis true. The D44a is a one off diff, only one locker option IIRC... they are expensive and kind of a piece when compared to other axles.

the ZJ axle is not a good choice just for 4 link... the factory brackets make having correct geometry under a XJ difficult and not really worth the work, you will still have to do all the work and be stuck to a factory non-ideal setup. If you have to truss the axle whats the trouble of adding brackets to it? I would truss the D44 and run links with a more ideal geometry(double triangulated 4 link). just my thoughts.

The wheelie is an awesome vid.

Whats with all the doors and body panels all over that red Jeep? I like the super old school boat anchor of a non-planetary winch on the front. The one on my FSJ was just like that.

Ya me and chandler got there 2min after she did that. see what happens when she thinks on her own ha ha

and i do miss my 8274, i loved that winch. i've owned 3 of them and not one complaint. only reason i got rid of it is because it wouldn't tuck under the radiator as easy as my xrc8.

plus its not a boat anchor it's a sami motor
