There's lots of good trails down by Powell but the "harder" ones can't be done in one day. But there's many two track rds and lots of history down there. Just depends on which part of Powell and what your looking for

Hey fellas, I'm moving out your way in December. Any chance you'd be willing to give a new guy the low down on, well, everything? I'm coming from Minnesota so I'm not afraid of winter, I just need some good Jeep friends and maybe a little help finding a place to live/work. Been browsing KSL a little bit here and there, but nothing is really standing out. Moving out there to go to the U.

I'm going to school for Environmental Sciences, so if I could get something in that area that's what I'd like to do. I understand that's vague but there's a lot of places that could go. Particularly environmental restoration, environmental studies, etc. If that's not much of a possibility, I wouldn't mind finding a Jeep shop to hang around at for a paycheck. ;]

If anyone wants to do some wheeling, I and a few others will be out at little moab saturday evening 'til Sunday afternoon. Look for a big yellow cherokee and a green and a red yj. All are welcome.

I have been reading the long treks around lake powell but was more interested in trails with rock crawler for just a few hours and what not. Financially might have to change my plans to either moab and take my jeep or spend a weekend in AF canyon fishing and wheeling.

Hey guys I just moved to Clearfield from Kansas City and I'm looking to find some places to go wheeling around here. I know of Five Mile Pass and Moab of course, but I'm looking for some beginner wheeling trails.
I've built my rig to 6.5" lift and 35s but haven't been able to take it trailing too much.
If anyone is planning to do any runs here soon I'd love to come join.

I suggest going on RME4x4 and they have gps cords and descriptions to all local trails
American fork canyon is another spot with trails. That is open from May-October usually great scenic trails Forrest lake is fun especially early and late in the season since its a little slick when wet and mineral basin is always a blast
