but it should be a good set still have 11 32nds of tread, and thats how deep the cuts are (or blade was set ) I am honestly blown away and how soft the tire is now... its VERY soft .

Oh yeah, I could not move/twist the lugs before I grooved them, now they are super soft. Like tons of little fingers to grab on. hopefully they work well lol

What transfer case comes in a 93 cherokee with aw4 trans? Is a rebuild kit worth it or just buy a used transfer case?

Np231. Rebuild can cost anywhere from 40$ to 200$ depending on what you wanna spend

Well it seems to be making noise when driven with the front shaft attached. When I drive around without a front drive shaft it doesn't make noise.

Maybe its your front shaft...? In 4wd only? Alll the time?

Have u checked u joints and cardio joints in the front drive line

U joints on the drive shaft? And did you check your lugz to mange sure there tight and non are missing?

Well the noise went away when I removed the Front shaft so will check the joints on that.
