I'm now sitting at 5" in the rear and 4.25" in the front(3.5" RE springs). Locked rear end(lokka forgot to send my spring kit for my d30 locker, they shipped one out tonight) and no longer have an exhaust leak with a pretty stainless header.

I wanted to stay and see how bad the lokka was to install. Oh and yes your going to have to pull the ring gear off the do the front, I don't know about how much the ring is blocking but, with my 30 and the gears is was almost half.

Once we actually used our heads. The lokka went in no problem. Locks and unlocks smoothly. And with 85-140 it's not loud at all

When I get back from 2015 Shiver on the River trip this weekend, I'll order inner and outer tube seals. Then lets do it!

Not an XJ club, but I'm part of two. High Desert Wheelers, and Bad Boy Jeepers

What size tires are you rolling these days with the lokka? You still at 31's?

Default Shackle relocators

Finally had to add some shackle relocators to the rear end. Between adding the swing-away tailgate + the 35" spare + a gas tank skid + a built in storage box + a roll cage, the damn thing was starting to sag. When I bought it, it was trimmed out perfectly, slightly raked at the front end.

With everything loaded on, I was at 11.5" from axle tube top to frame rail just inside the bumpstop. With the bumper and skid removed, as well as the drawers from the built in, I was 12.5"

Added the relocators (IronMan Andy's Long Travel Relocators, no I didn't pop for the adjustable shackles!) and I'm at 14". Now just need to fix the bumper so all the bolt holes line up (don't ask), put it all back together and swap out the blown rear struts for some 5100's to match the front.

I'm on 31s. In the rear with the new lift. I'm at 11" axle to frame rail. And the front I'm 11.25

The Mesa is your best bet right now so you get the feel of things, on how it's going to handle there are spots other there where you can get into a really bad spot but just kinda go exploring. I do it quite often but at 40 mph as I know it pretty good.
If are feeling more confident then puerco or cedro are the next ones. But just take it easy till you know what it will and will not do.

Just hit me up when you want to go out. I'm always down to wheel and know both cedro and puerco pretty well.
