It is needed. It is the vacuum canister for vacuum motors in the HVAC controlls. There should be a vacuum line running down the pass. Side Fender/engine compartment to it

Well I just did the hood spacers cost me about 4 bucks for the harware and took me like 10 to do it by myself. I used 13 washers, a lil under an inch. I still plan on doing the hood vent too

Did you get into an accident? your hoods not closed right. Is your hood broken?

ok so ya found out its for your ac and ac controls.... turns out thats why my ac was commin out the defrost vents only, cause the little black tube was broken, fixed that and now my ac and heat come out my vents!!! haha but you dont need it to drive..

nice looks right to me.... ive heard that if you get into an accident with your hood like that it could send the hood right thru your windshield....i dont know if thats true or not just thought you should know, but looks cool

oh and outta like 5 scrap yards i went to only one would sell any scrap and he didnt even have what i need so that ideas not gonna work, guess ill wait till after this trips then by some 3/16 and 1/4 steel plate and weld a bumper together
