Not really in a way but yes they do. You need rivnuts in the body and some in the crossmember I have another crossmember with the rivnuts in it that justin gave me and have two tcase skids also.

Would there be a down sode to plating the whole bottom just allowing room for ds articulation and other moving components?

On my Jeep it bolted right on or at least has the fastener in the cross member and it is not the up country. My back has been jacked up and I've been lazy bolting it up. If you want it let me know.

thanks mike i dont have a light in the back figured it would be better than holding a flashlight... im going to hook it into the battery but gotta figure how first im going to put a switch somewhere to turn it on

Mine is pretty easy to identify up close because of the stickers on both of my rear side windows.
