Break em all, I did. Then get a punch and hammer and not out the nuts that a tack welded in the body, replace with grade 8 bolts, I put mine through the top. And I dont really notice not having the rear. The fronts not even that bad to drive with out.

When you tightened the rear did you tighten on the ground with load on it? It all needs to be flat on the ground with no jacks then tightened.
Amesome Cedro pics... looks like fun.
This weekend I was going to install my Dana 60 front and upgrade the rear gears and brakes, but got talked into wheeling instead.
We are planning a Rio Puerco run Sat 11/30. Meeting at Walgreens, Southern and Unser at 10:00, then to the first trailer parking/air down area right at the start of the dirt around 10:30.

Thats probably why you are not sitting level and are you talking about the line coming out of the distribution block that connects to axle?
Yea with the bushing if you tighten them with no load the bushing will last maybe a couple months before they're gone. Its like a wheel bearing without the shaft but that even quicker.

i tried but ill try again
Depends where it not turning at. Either vice grips like tom said or remove the distrubtion block off and get one from the jy remember its 25% off on Friday. Its pretty easy to flare new lines.
