I'm not.

Quote: Lincolns are awesome used them when i went for welding at cnm aswell, i have a licoln arc welder in my shop that is really good but arcs are easier to weld on thicker metal than thin unless you have alot of practice, but migs totally easiest... hey mike is Ron still the teacher there?
Would MIG be fine for 3/16" steel?

I would think so, Im pretty sure we used to practice on 1/8 and In order for our weld to pass they had to go through like a 5k lbs press. But the thing thats amazing about tig is how beautiful the welds are, but its time consuming

Yeah your goin to need them if you wanna flex. I got a line off a Dodge 4x4 truck for like 27 bucks. It was around 6 inches longer.

I just picked my beast back up from the body shop. They hadn't got to it yet. I will take it back another time. When they doing it for free you just got to be flexible. Getting ready for Sunday.
