My front diff is leaking. Might be time to change fluids after all those swamp buggy outings and extensive amounts of water inside the cab. I hate to see how bad they will be.
Debating on welding my rear end?? Any thoughts? I know the goods and bads about breaking things and that you can never go back unless you replace the whole gearset but I have plans for that in the future as is

well remmeber with airbag to pull fuse and disconect battery and let it sit for 15mins. Take off air bag and face the bag away from you just in case it pops. Even though I done dozens of them it still freaks me out pulling them out

Good call. I will be as far under the dash as I can be at that point. I'm doing so much to this Jeep it better run better than when it came from the factory. I guess I should put some new car smell in it too.
Out for a ride last night and saw a Jeep Commando (C104) for sale up in the NE. From the looks of it the guy spent quite a bit of time on the drive train and undercarriage as it all looks new. I would say the body and interior could be fixed up or restored a bit bringing the vehicle up to where it should be, but a nice find none the less. Forgot to grab the # as I thought the asking was a bit high. If anyone is interested in a vintage Jeep I'm sure I could pull it on an after work ride one of these days.

i may also be getting new quick disconnects so i dont have to deal with the pain in the *** tj/xj universal ones. rough country brand, JKS is too expensive

what do you guys think?
