Default Help pulling my ARB out

So last week at all for fun I destroyed the copper line on my ARB, it some how caught the ring and tore it right off the ARB. So I need to pull the carrier out, replace the O-ring and copper line, then re-install it. Im kind of sketchy about doing it myself since that copper line is very important. I shouldent have to re shim the carrier correct since Im just dropping it back in ya? Anyone ever done this before and would be lending a hand? I have a buddy who said he would do it, but wants to charge me $180 to do it and I would rather not pay that.

When I wanted info on my ARB I emailed them direct and they sent me a .PDF file on installation.

You may be able to get your question answered by them, and maybe even get the parts from them as well.
