It's been well over a year.. but I remember putting the coils in first, then bolting in the lower arms, then using a ratchet strap to pull the top of the axle back so I could bolt in the upper arms. Ratchet it off your cross member..

Okay that makes sense, I have a ratchet strap. I dont know what to call them but there are little clamps to make coil springs compress, did you use those cause i dont have any, I feel like that would help alot.
I can help with this. Get a good sized pipe wrench, and put in the middle of the axle tube, with the handle pointing towards the direction the axle needs to swing. Use a jack on the handle of the pipe wrench, and those two things will twist the axle, and allow you to line up the bolt holes. I have put in a few lifts by myself, and found this little trick one day when I was in the same spot you are now, it works, I promise!! LOL!!
FWIW,
If the body isn't up high enough on jaxk stands, use a engine hoist to lift the nose. much easier when you've got some evelation up front.
LCA's
Uppers
Tie-rod & Drag Link
Shocks and Brakes
Tires
Back on the ground
Then use the steering to move the body over the axle while you install the trackbar.

Thanks.
My brain hurts this morning. Spent the entire weekend in front of the 'puter. Been learning some eCommerce software and for a non-programmer it's a pain in the keester.
Progress on getting my site built? Yes.
But there's still soooooooooooooooo much left to do.
