What do lunch box installers do with the spider gears they pull out? I almost never see any used spiders and bevels for sale.
Seth, do you guys have a bucket of them at work?
I may be looking for a set op open D44 spiders and bevels if anyone kept theirs.

Is it bad that I don't have one of those vacuum ball things that goes in the bumper?? or wherever ya'll put it, location doesn't matter i don't think.
You may not have vents then because of it. When I pulled mine I dident have vents or floor. only defrost. I just tossed it in my engine bay and zip tied it by the fuse box. WOrked just fine. Used fuel line to lengthen the tubing.

Yeah as far as i know it isn't affecting anything. I haven't had one since I bought it. Previous owner plugged the vacuum line with a screw and I got to thinking maybe it might be a cause of bad mileage but since it is a vacuum line then probably not?? Long story short, should I get one?

Also...I would like to do a heavy duty steering setup but I don't know one thing about steering. So if anyone could point me in the right direction, and something that won't hit the wallet too hard.

LOL...I bought a brand new White hatch a few weeks ago at the PnP it was in mint condition , which I bought it to replace the one I dented rolling on Cleveland rock. I was going to just pull the dents and bed liner the dented one, But i did not want to bed liner past the bottom of the window...WELL...LOL...I left it in my pickup bed and had to slam the brakes on and the Aw4 I have next to it moved a bit and dented the top , So I'm either buying another one or ...lol...just bedliner it ,which kicks my *** since I paid $100 for the dent free hatch and will most likely just bed liner it anyway now...lol...I feel Like i just wiped my *** with a $100 bill .
